Our chic city centre apartments are beautifully restored and renovated self-catering homes away from home, right in the heart of the city. The Scottish Tourist Board has given the accommodation at Gayfield Street a four star grading for quality and facilities (all others meet the same style and quality standards, each with its own individual charm).

We've designed the accommodation with stylish luxury in mind for those who want their independence whilst visiting the city and are looking for the same high standard and ambience that we offer at Ardmor House, our guest house on Pilrig Street.

All apartments are quietly located on the east side of the Georgian New Town on a cobbled street, only 7 minutes walk from Princes Street and a short walk from the
Playhouse Theatre.

All are only a couple of hundred yards staggering distance from many pubs, restaurants and gay venues around Broughton Street.

Exclusive reduced rate membership passes to Virgin Active Health Club for those who are feeling energetic! Only a short walk from the apartments.

On street parking just ouside each (max 2 hours parking with ticket) or a short walk from the edge of the parking zone (free parking).

Non-smoking throughout.

Welcome food hamper on request - no need to run to the corner shop for a pint of milk when you arrive! (Please just ask for a quote depending on size and your preferences.)

All bed-linen, towels, soaps and shampoo supplied.

The apartments can sleep from 1-4. Gayfield Street/Scotland Street - 1 double bedroom with king-size sofa-bed in the lounge. Gayfield Square - 2 double bedrooms.
